Devon Harabalja, MA, RCC
Addictions & Counselling TherapistDevon is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who provides counselling to both youth & adults.  She offers support to individuals and groups addressing issues of addictions & concurrent disorders (addiction + mental health concerns),  trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety/panic, depression, personality, mood & psychotic disorders, forensic psychiatry, probation orders/review board conditions & mindfulness training.  Devon provides a safe, inviting environment, where one can be free to be their true selves.  She follows a client-centered model, and blends mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing into her work with clients.

Education & Specialized Training

Devon meets the standards of the British Columbia Accreditiation for Clinical Counsellors through academic training which includes  a Master’s degree; as well as, extensive clinical supervised experience. Devon graduated from the University of British Columbia where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in counselling psychology. She has experience supporting youth & adults in a variety of settings.  Devon specializes in forensic psychiatry where she provides treatment for mentally disordered offenders and provides clinical supervision to Master’s level students.
